Rubbish bin fire

A Facebook video showed a rubbish bin tipped over on the road in a housing estate.

Its contents were on fire.

One video showed the man in an orange shirt and another man bringing the bin to an open space.

Some of the bin's contents were on fire.

The man in the orange shirt could be seen using a long object to remove the bin's contents to disperse the items on fire.
