Tasha Low shares what reminds her of home, no matter where she is
It’s the smell and taste of home.
For many Singaporeans, the smell of kopi is that nostalgic, familiar aroma that reminds them of home.
Be it a memory of Singapore’s bustling hawker scene, breakfast shared with family at home, or even a quick recharge before bracing through a hectic day, kopi remains a central part of many Singaporeans’ daily lives.
Such is the sentiment shared by Singaporean actress-singer Tasha Low, who has been appointed as Nescafé Singapore’s newest ambassador.

A drink that unites generations of Singaporeans
“I grew up in Singapore with kopi as a part of my everyday life— from weekend breakfasts with my family to coffee chats with friends,” said Low.
The collaboration comes in celebration of the launch of Nescafé Kopi Gao Siew Dai, a modern tribute to Singapore’s beloved local coffee culture.
The intensity of a traditional kopitiam-style kopi— one that is rich, full-bodied, but siew dai (less sweet in Hokkien).
"We’re incredibly excited to partner with Tasha Low as the face of Nescafé Singapore and to launch our new Kopi Gao Siew Dai with her," said Cyndi Chin, Business Manager for Coffee, Nestlé Singapore.
"This launch celebrates our national identity through a drink that unites generations,” said Chin.
In conjunction with SG60, Nescafé Kopi Gao Siew Dai hopes to honour our kopi heritage while evolving to meet modern needs, giving Singaporeans the convenience of now enjoying their iconic kopi from the comfort of their homes.
“Tasha, with her Singaporean roots and growing international appeal, perfectly embodies this blend of heritage and modernity. Her story reflects the spirit of our campaign — bold, authentic, and proudly local,” Chin said.
Kopi a reminder of home
“[Kopi is] something that always reminds me of home, no matter where I am in the world,” Low said.
“I’m so proud to be part of this campaign with Nescafé, a brand that’s so iconic and close to the hearts of many Singaporeans. To me, Kopi Gao Siew Dai is the perfect blend – bold, smooth, and just right.”
Low will headline Nescafé upcoming brand campaign launching in August.
The campaign includes a heartwarming brand film and a series of in-store sampling activations that celebrate the nuances of local coffee culture and what it means to feel at home, one cup at a time.

The new Nescafé Kopi Gao Siew Dai is currently available at all major supermarkets and e-retailers, priced at S$6.95 a pack.
