S'porean billionaire Peter Lim's design firm to build S$256 million waterfront estate for M'sian royal family
The residential estate will be built across the royal family’s 27-hectare property in the coastal town of Desaru in southeastern Malaysia.
Singaporean billionaire Peter Lim's design firm, RSP Architects, Planners and Engineers, is set to build a residential estate for the Malaysian royal family.
According to Forbes, the Regent of Johor, Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim, who oversees the development of his family’s heritage properties, has tapped Lim's firm to develop a sprawling waterfront estate.

The residential estate will be built across the royal family’s 27-hectare property in the coastal town of Desaru in southeastern Malaysia.
It will cost over US$200 million (S$256 million) and is expected to take four years to complete, according to the statement.

Apart from the family's villa, it will have guest houses, a kids’ club, and sporting facilities, Forbes reported.
It will also have an underground shooting range and armoury to accommodate up to 100 soldiers serving in Ismail's security team.
