Mediacorp actor Desmond Tan buys landed home for his family on 39th birthday

Mediacorp actor Desmond Tan recently marked his 39th birthday with a major purchase.
In an Instagram post on Aug. 19, Tan shared that he had bought a landed property for his family on his birthday.
He wrote:
"This birthday, my heart is too full to hold it all. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine owning a piece of Singapore, a landed home for my family. There’s a lot of work ahead for this new place! I'm excited to transform this space into something truly special."
Tan went on to credit his acting career, family, and friends for helping him reach this milestone.
"Through it all, my dream job carried me, my family’s love anchored me, and God’s grace sustained me. To my village - you held me up when my steps wavered. This home is our testimony. Dreams don’t expire. Keep going!"
Tan, who has starred in numerous Mediacorp productions, graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a degree in real estate management.
