Sara Lam, Cupid's owner, shared with Mothership that the wedding was inspired by a Standard poodle wedding which recently happened in Shanghai.
When asked about a special moment which stood out during the ceremony, she said, "My favourite part is the march-in down the isle, because it reminded me so much of my own wedding but the more fun version with all the human kids and doggo guests participating.".
Cupid and Tofu also exchanged vows, where they promised to share their treats, toys and humans with each other.
The newlyweds, along with their eight puppies, are looking forward to a family portrait session next, with plans for a staycation as well if the owners are up for it.
The ceremony was also a double-celebration, celebrating not just the marriage of the two dogs, but also the manyue (first month celebration) of their puppies.
