While out and about in Fernvale, Ng Chee Meng chanced upon a Beyblade battle at a void deck of a public housing block.
He ended up approaching the Beybladers for a quick lesson and a battle — and won.
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Jalan Kayu shared about his encounter in a May 27 Facebook post.
In the video, Ng could be seen hovering over the Beyblade arena, seemingly intrigued by the action.

He then exchanged a high-five with his opponent after his victory.

"Beginner's luck," he quipped in the video's caption.
