The new Punggol Coast bus interchange is set to open on Jun. 29, 2025.

In a press release, LTA announced that the new interchange will be integrated with Punggol Coast Mall and the recently opened Punggol Coast MRT station on the North East Line, making it the 15th Integrated Transport Hub in Singapore.

It will be operated by Go-Ahead Singapore.

Extensions and amendments to bus routes

Operations at the new interchange will be kickstarted with bus services 34 and 117/M, both of which currently terminate at Punggol Bus Interchange.

Their routes will also be extended to improve connectivity between Punggol and places such as Changi Airport, Tampines and Yishun.

Bus service 34 will soon include Punggol Central, Sumang Walk, Sumang Link and Punggol Way.

A part of Punggol Digital District

Punggol Coast bus interchange will be located within Punggol Digital District, where the Singapore Institute of Technology's new campus and JTC's Business Park space is also located.

Featuring smart innovations aimed at sustainability, the district is billed as Singapore's first enterprise district and is expected to be completed in 2026, according to JTC.
