NSP’s Kevryn Lim tells S'poreans not to complain for making 'this choice' after GE2025 results out
Oh dear.

National Solidarity Party (NSP) member Kevryn Lim has a piece of advice for Singaporeans: "Don't complain...because you made this choice."
Following the landslide victory that the People's Action Party (PAP) attained at the polls on Saturday, Lim, a former model, called it a "day to mourn for the losses".
"May [you all], the majority who voted them be lightning shocked [every day] and don't f**king complain."
Lim's party, the NSP, contested two constituencies, Tampines GRC and Sembawang GRC.
Both teams did not attain at least 12.5 per cent of the votes and, as a result, lost their election deposits.
Lim did not contest.
She withdrew from a multi-cornered fight in Sembawang West SMC to give Chee Soon Juan from the Singapore Democratic Party a better fighting chance, in the spirit of opposition unity.
In her social media post, Lim said the election results explain why she did not contest.
"Singapore don't deserve us stepping up because when you step up, you give them a reason to step on you."
Lim isn't the only one from her party who has vented publicly about the election results.
Party secretary-general Spencer Ng told CNA the party will be "more aggressive and vocal" when dealing with other opposition parties in future.
“In this particular GE, opposition unity is an illusion,” he said.
