Confirmed: Walkover at Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC after no Workers' Party candidate showed up
Five seats likely to go to PAP.

The Workers' Party (WP) will not be contesting the five-person Marine Parade-Braddell Heights GRC.
This would result in a walkover at the group representation constituency.
WP was widely expected to contest there, but no prospective candidates showed up at the Kong Hwa School nomination centre on Apr. 23.
Nominations closed at 12pm sharp.
The WP had contested in Marine Parade GRC in the previous two general elections.
In GE2020, they received 42.24 per cent of the votes.
The boundary lines were redrawn for this election.
The People's Action Party (PAP) will be fielding a team that consists of Faishal Ibrahim, Seah Kian Peng, Tin Pei Ling, Goh Pei Ming, and Diana Pang.
Tan See Leng, who was slated to be part of the Marine Parade team, has moved to helm Chua Chu Kang GRC.
