Lawyer and longtime People's Action Party (PAP) volunteer Gho Sze Kee was spotted at a Marine Parade cluster event on Apr. 6, reported The Straits Times.
She was seen with Manpower Minister Tan See Leng and the rest of the Marine Parade team.
Gho, a PAP new face, was previously rumoured to be standing in Mountbatten SMC after having accompanied incumbent MP Lim Biow Chuan on multiple walkabouts.
This is the first time she has been seen at a Marine Parade event.
Interacting with residents
At the event, Gho joined Prime Minister Lawrence Wong and the Marine Parade MPs — Tan, Edwin Tong, Seah Kian Ping, and Fahmi Aliman — onstage in the launch of two new initiatives.
Lim, as well as MacPherson MP Tin Pei Ling, were also present at the event.
While Gho did not speak to the media, she was seen interacting with residents alongside Lim.
Lim later shared photos from the event on Facebook, which showed the two of them posing for photos with residents together.

An associate director at a boutique law firm, Gho received a Public Service Medal in 2023 for her contributions as vice-chairperson of the Bukit Timah Citizens’ Consultative Committee.
Gho also previously spoke at the 2021 PAP party convention.
She said at the convention that she joined the PAP because (among other reasons), "I could not face the prospect of another political party that spews out populist sentiments just to garner votes to govern Singapore."
