Tiong Bahru Market will have a Mao Shan Wang durian vending machine from Apr. 4, 2025

It was launched before the market undergoes three-month renovation works from Apr. 14.

Homegrown durian retailer Kaki Kaki has rolled out a durian vending machine on the first floor of Tiong Bahru Market on Apr. 4, 2025.

The new vending machine, which is stocked with "premium 400g boxes of Mao Shan Wang durian", was launched before the market undergo a three-month renovation work from Apr. 14.

With this latest addition, Kaki Kaki now operates a total of five durian vending machines in Singapore.

The other machines are located at Parc Oasis in Jurong East, Casa Merah in Tanah Merah, Skypark Residences in Sembawang, and Tampines MRT station.

Limited-time promotion

In a press release announcing the launch of its new vending machine at Tiong Bahru Market, Kaki Kaki said it will be running a limited-time promotion for all Mao Shan Wang durians sold at its durian vending machines islandwide.

From now till Apr. 13, customers can purchase Mao Shan Wang durians from the vending machines at a special price of S$28.88 per box, down from the usual S$38 per box.

In terms of quality, Kaki Kaki has previously said that all its durians are transported "through a cold-chain process from table to table" and are "specially packed and sealed to persevere freshness".
