South Korean singer Rain eats chilli crab at Keng Eng Kee Seafood after event in S'pore

South Korean singer Rain was in Singapore on Mar. 13 for luxury watch brand Audemars Piguet's event.
After the event, the "Rainism" singer made a stop at Keng Eng Kee Seafood for some chilli crab.
He shared pictures of the event and his feast at the restaurant on Instagram.
In a time-lapse video, the singer is seen wearing a bib and plastic gloves as he enjoys the crabs.

Not the first time
It seems the popular tze char restaurant made a lasting impression on Rain, as this wasn’t his first visit.
He was previously spotted at the Alexandra Village outlet in September 2024.
He was in town then for various events, including a performance at Waterbomb Singapore 2024.
Keng Eng Kee popular among Koreans
Once considered a "hidden gem" even amongst local foodies, Keng Eng Kee Seafood has slowly become more reputable amongst locals and tourists alike.
Ballad singer Sung Si Kyung highlighted the place in a Youtube video on Mar. 20, 2024.
He feasted on various foods, including cereal prawns, chilli crab, and fish head curry.
Proudly proclaiming fish head curry as his "number one" dish there, he urged his fans to patronise the shop.
