Koma S'pore at MBS to have new lounge drink menu in Mar. 2025, cocktails from S$24++

Japanese restaurant Koma Singapore, located at Marina Bay Sands (MBS), will feature a new drink menu from March 2025.

The new menu has eight cocktails and two mocktails, along with several side dishes to pair with drinks.

Cocktails

The cocktails are inspired by classic cocktails but with a Japanese twist.

These are the cocktails:

Torii Gate (S$24++)

The Torii Gate cocktail is named after the traditional Japanese gate found in front of Shinto shrines.

The drink is mixed using Aperol, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, Yubari melon, basil and sparkling sake.

Imperial Affair (S$28++)

This cocktail is made with Brass Lion's Butterfly Pea Gin, champagne, lychee and chrysanthemum.

Heavenly Match-a (S$24++)

This drink has bourbon, sherry, strawberry and matcha.

Shinobi (S$26++)

The name of this drink, Shinobi, is the Japanese word for ninja.

This cocktail is mixed using Campari, Mancino Chinato, and umeshu flavoured with figs.

Samurai Voyage (S$24++)

The Samurai Voyage has Don Julio Blanco, Los Siete Misterios Doba Yej, pickled ginger and lemongrass verjus.

Momo Royale (S$25++)

The name Momo Royale includes the Japanese word for peaches.

It is made using Roku Gin, peaches and a hint of black truffle.

Oni Slayer (S$27++)

Finally, the Oni Slayer drink is inspired by the oni, a type of demon monster from Japanese folklore.

The drink is made with Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, Iichiko Saiten, roasted sesame, grapefruit and osmanthus honey.
