Chinese New Year is the time of the year when families get together to have reunion dinners, collect red packets and... play mahjong.
Here are four mahjong-inspired goodies and mahjong tiles you can find in Singapore.
1) Peach Garden
The limited edition mahjong set comes in a royal blue casing.

It is complimentary with a dine-in purchase of the golden premium traditional pen cai.
One can also get it for S$188+ when they spend S$500 on ala carte and set menu at Peach Garden's outlets.
Redemption is available until Feb. 12.
2) Haidilao
Fans of Haidilao would appreciate that this limited edition set is shaped like the restaurant's hotpot.

It can be purchased for S$199+, or redeemable at outlets for 6,000 points.
Do note, however, that the mahhong set is only available at selected Haidilao outlets.
3) Andaz Singapore
Unlike the previous mahjong sets, these tiles are edible.

Each set contains 13 peach chocolate-flavoured tiles and a spicy mandarin praline centrepiece.
Do note that orders need to be made 24 hours in advance.

4) Goodwood Park Hotel
The Fortune Fa Cake (S$117.43) is basically a butter cake topped with buttercream disguised as a giant mahjong tile.
