Singapore actress Apple Chan has announced that she is pregnant.
In an Instagram post on May 1, the 35-year-old showed herself showing off a baby's bib with the design of the Bathing Ape mascot, Milo, while eating dessert.
Chan is known for her roles in movies such as "Ah Boys to Men 4" and "Ah Girls Go Army".
Her pregnancy comes six weeks after she announced her engagement to her boyfriend on Mar. 13, 2024, one day after her birthday.
In her caption for her engagement, she wrote "This year, another thing to be thankful for...Someone stole my heart, so I’m stealing his last name 🤭❤️".
Chan did not disclose his identity.
Began talking about marriage with her boyfriend not long after they got together
In an interview with Hong Kong media Oriental Daily News, Chan said she had not been dating her boyfriend for a long time.
However, they have many things in common and they began talking about marriage not long after getting together.
Chan also mentioned that her boyfriend proposed on a yacht and that she was moved to tears by his gesture.
She added that they will hold wedding ceremonies in both Singapore and Hong Kong in 2025.
