A person riding a personal mobility device in Singapore was seen going faster than cars on the road and even pulled off a "Superman" pose while at it.
The rider's antics were caught on camera.

In response to Mothership's queries, @rainforeyuxen, the person who took the video and posted it on Instagram, said the clip of the incident was filmed on May 23 at about 1:23am along Keppel Road.
Two or three other riders were apparently also seen performing the same stunt while riding at a fast speed, the eyewitness said.
The rider seen on video apparently did the pose a few times, the eyewitness added.

Travelled about 70km/h to 80km/h
The distance the PMD rider travelled in the video appeared to be about 170m, based on the landmarks seen in the video.

This works out to about 76.5km/h.
According to @rainforeyuxen, the video was not sped up.
PMD not allowed on roads
PMDs are not allowed to be used on roads.
They can only be used on cycling paths and shared paths at a maximum speed of 25km/h.
Land Transport Authority
Examples of PMDs include hoverboards, e-scooters and motorised skateboards.
First-time offenders face fines of up to S$2,000, a jail term of up to three months, or both.
Non-compliant devices will be impounded.
The public is encouraged to report errant users via the MyTransport.SG app.
