Singapore influencer Nicole Chang Min, 34, has unveiled her build-to-order (BTO) flat amidst rumours of a split with her husband, local actor James Seah, 35.
Chang Min posted the renovation vlog on her YouTube channel on May 3.
Seah made a quick appearance in the vlog.
In the YouTube video's caption, Chang Min said, "This vlog was filmed before recent events you may have seen online."
"Regardless of what’s happened since, I still want to honour the work, the house, and everyone who poured their heart into this project. So I will be sharing everything as planned"
Showed home layout, hired feng shui master
In the vlog, Chang Min filmed the layout of her home, consulted a feng shui master and picked out furniture for the flat.
Chang Min also asked her friend if the master could sense spirits, and her friend said yes.
"We can check if our BTO got ghost, good, I scared got ghost, my previous house got ghost."
According to a previous interview with CNA, the couple's BTO flat is located in Boon Keng, and the project was delayed for more than a year.
The couple had previously stayed at a four-room flat owned by Chang Min's mother, which they renovated for S$100,000.
Seah was also seen filming the renovations and picking out lighting options alongside Chang Min.
Rumours of a split
The couple got married in 2022.
Rumours started circulating on Reddit on Apr. 20, 2026, after users noticed that Chang Min did not publicly show her support for Seah during the 2026 Star Awards season.
The couple had apparently stopped posting photos of each other on their social media platforms since late 2025.
About a week after the awards, Reddit users shared photos of Seah and another woman at Changi Airport, sparking cheating allegations and rumours of a split.
On May 1, Chang Min uploaded a text post to her Instagram story about letting go and finding healing.
A few hours later, Seah denied the online allegations.
Chang Min later posted three raised-eyebrow emojis on her story.
