Algerian national, 30, dies after falling from height at KLIA Terminal 2, 2nd case in 1 day confirmed by M'sia police
The police have underlined that there is no connection between the two cases.
A second case of a foreign national's death from falling from height at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) Terminal 2 on May 1 has been confirmed by Malaysian police.
On the afternoon of May 1, a 27-year-old Chinese woman died after falling from Level 3 at KLIA Terminal 2.
Police said the two cases are unrelated.

Just hours later, at 9:10pm, a 30-year-old Algerian man was reported to have fallen from outside of the balcony at the terminal according to Malay Mail.
KLIA district police chief Assistant Commissioner M Ravi said in a statement on May 2 that the medical team provided emergency treatment at the scene before the victim was taken to Cyberjaya Hospital for further treatment.
At 2:55am on May 2, the hospital confirmed that the man had passed away.
The case is classified as a Sudden Death Report (SDR) and police investigations are ongoing.Ravi underlined that there is no connection between the two cases and urged the public to refrain from speculating about both incidents.
