The Chinese woman who was removed from an AirAsia flight from Chongqing to Kuala Lumpur has finally reached the Malaysian capital.
A video of the woman, surnamed Lee, went viral after she caused a scene on board AirAsia Flight D7809, insisting that the flight crew speak to her in Mandarin, shortly before take-off.
According to Sinchew Daily, Lee checked in at the Petronas Twin Towers on her Douyin account at around 9pm on Apr. 25.
She also livestreamed herself in front of the Petronas Twin Towers; she did not speak, instead posing with a peace sign.

Sinchew Daily said that the Douyin account was the same account she used to follow up and share her story.
Lee was previously labelled as the "Gucci Bag Lady" as she had a Gucci accessory with her when her outburst was filmed.
The AirAsia flight on which she was escorted off was scheduled to depart at 2:10am, but take-off was delayed to 3:47am.
