A video uploaded to SG Road Vigilante showed the heart stopping moment where a boy cycling across the junction was sent flying by a car that had not stopped at the red light in time.
The boy is seen cycling across the road, with a woman and a young child cycling behind.
The dashcam car stops at the red light.
As the boy crosses the road, a Hyundai Avante crashes into the boy after failing to stop at the red light.
The boy is flung quite a distance.
The boy is seen grimacing in pain, and appears to have trouble standing up on his own.
The woman rushes over to help, and a man in what appears to be a construction hard hat and safety vest rushes over as well.
He scoops the boy up and brings him to safety.
The woman can be then seen going over to the car and confronting the driver.
