Woman lies in middle of road in Jurong West as traffic light turns from green to red

A woman was seen lying down in the middle of the road in Jurong West on Mar. 25, 2026.
The incident, which was posted on the "SG Warehouse Sale and Events" Facebook page, showed the woman in the middle of a two-lane road.

According to video footage, she remained in the same position as the traffic light turned from green to red.
People were seen observing the situation from the side of the road.
A man appeared to have been directing traffic.
Responding to Mothership's queries, the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) confirmed they were alerted at about 3:50pm on Mar. 25 to a call for assistance along Jurong West Central 3.
SCDF conveyed one person to Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
