Baey eventually asked the man to email him with the relevant details so he could help.

In response to queries from Mothership, Baey confirmed that the man had been a Tampines resident in 2024.

Baey says he believed he might have moved since then.

The man had contacted Baey in 2019, and over the years had raised some feedback and questions.
