Temperatures in Singapore fell to as low as 21.2°C on Feb. 19 as at 9:07pm.

The dip, captured in recent data from the Meteorological Service Singapore (MSS), marks some of the coolest weather the city-state has seen so far in 2026.

At least 21°C across the island

According to the latest regional weather readings, the mercury hit a low of 21.4°C at Jurong Island, while other western areas like Jurong (West) were not far behind at 21.5°C.

The highest temperature was recorded as 23.3°C at Semakau Island as at 9:32pm.

MSS said the cooling effect has been driven by the prevailing northeast monsoon, which is currently in a particularly active wet phase.

Heavy, persistent rainfall has blanketed the island, with Clementi seeing the highest localised accumulation at 116.4mm.
