Man, 61, found dead at foot of Serangoon HDB block
The police do not suspect foul play.

A 61-year-old man was found dead at the foot of Block 231 Serangoon Avenue 3 on Feb. 2.
The police confirmed with Mothership that they received a call for assistance at the block at about 8am.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) said they also received a call for assistance at about 7:55am.
A person was pronounced dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play. Police investigations are ongoing.
