S'porean woman, 63, charged with repeatedly throwing faeces on parapet of man's HDB unit

She also threw food waste on three occasions.

A 63-year-old woman in Singapore allegedly threw human waste onto the parapet of a 10th-floor HDB unit in Marsiling.

Viona Teo Kee Liok, a Singaporean, was charged on Jan. 15 with seven counts of public nuisance.

According to charge sheets seen by Mothership, she threw human waste on the parapet of the unit at Block 131, Marsiling Rise, a total of five times.

She also threw food waste on three occasions.

Remanded for medical examination

Teo allegedly began throwing human waste on Christmas Day last year at about 4:25am.

She allegedly continued her acts until Jan. 12, 2026.

She has been remanded at the Institute of Mental Health for medical examination.

Her next court date is scheduled for Jan. 29.

For one count of public nuisance, Teo can face a fine of up to S$2,000.

For committing an act of public nuisance, knowing that this act would cause annoyance to the public, she can be jailed for up to three months, fined up to S$2,000, or both.

If she is a repeat offender, she can also be jailed for up to three months, fined up to S$2,000, or both.
