S'pore's JB Consulate-General moving to Mid Valley Southkey

In Johor Bahru, on a weekend trip, and find yourself in some trouble?

Whether it's something that happened to you, or something that you did, if you find yourself in need of consular assistance while in our closest neighbouring city, you should know that Singapore’s Consulate-General in JB is moving.

New location

Currently located at Johor Bahru City Square Office Tower, it will move to Mid Valley Southkey at the following address from Dec. 10.

Level 29, MVS South Tower, Mid Valley Southkey

No. 1 Persiaran Southkey 1,

Southkey, 80150 Johor Bahru, Johor

The operating hours of the Consulate-General will remain the same, Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 1 pm and from 2 pm to 5 pm.

The Consulate-General will be closed on weekends and on public holidays.

The City Square location will remain open up to Dec. 9, as will its phone line +60 7-226-5012.

The City Square tower location is just across the street from the Johor Bahru CIQ building.

In contrast, the new location will be slightly further away, at the popular Mid Valley Southkey mall, about a 10-minute drive from customs.

The JB Consulate-General's mission is to facilitate interaction and cooperation between Singapore and Johor.

It also provides consular services for Singaporeans living, working, or visiting Johor, as well as processes applications for foreign nationals requiring visas to enter Singapore.
