PM Wong to go on leave from Dec. 20 to 31, Gan Kim Yong to be Acting PM

Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, who is also the Finance Minister, will go on leave from Dec. 20 to Dec. 31, 2025.
This was announced by the Prime Minister's Office in a press statement on Dec. 19.
In his absence, Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, who is also Minister for Trade & Industry, will be the Acting Prime Minister.
In 2024, he took leave from Dec. 21 to 31.
Gan also was the Acting PM while he was away then.
