Actor David Corenswet, known for his starring role in "Superman (2025)" and upcoming sequel "Man of Tomorrow (2027)", visited Singapore last month.

Corenswet was in Singapore to film a video in collaboration with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), according to a Nov. 21 media release.

It was his first time on the island, during which he also hit up a couple of flight-themed attractions — because, well, Superman.

Local attractions

Among the activities he embarked on was skydiving in iFly Singapore.

He did so alongside indoor skydiving world champion Kai Minejima-Lee.

He also walked the trails of Henderson Waves, and experienced nature at Bird Paradise and the Mandai Rainforest Resort.

Grand Prix

The video was filmed during the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025.

Speaking about his experiences in Singapore, Corenswet said he felt like "all of Singapore was in attendance" at the Grand Prix.

He also felt "pretty good" about himself while skydiving with the world champion.

"Less than an hour later I was walking above the trees, looking down at skyscrapers tangled in jungle and making friends with a hornbill," he added.

"It's a metropolis nestled in a wild, natural landscape. Worth experiencing for yourself," he said.
