"My heart feels empty and shattered. You left me and our three girls far too soon. I still can’t believe you’re gone," she wrote.
"Thank you for loving us deeply, for being the best husband and father. You’ll always live in our hearts, and I promise to stay strong for our girls, just like you would have wanted."
The couple has three daughters, aged four, three and one.
Died three days before birthday
In an interview with Berita Harian, Eyzra said her husband died three days before his birthday, which is on Nov. 13.
On Nov. 10, Syddyq was on his way to his workplace in Geylang from their home in Jurong West when the accident happened.
Eyzra, a housewife, said it had started as a normal day for them as they sent their daughters to school, before having breakfast together.
She never imagined that morning would be the last she would spend with her husband.

At around 10:30am, Eyzra received a call from her husband's phone — a rare timing to get a call from him.
She was informed by a stranger that her husband had been involved in an accident and was being sent to the hospital.
When she and her family reached the hospital, they were told he was in the emergency room.
"I prayed so hard for him, I asked for God to protect him. However, after half an hour, the hospital told us that they couldn't save him," said Eyzra as quoted by BH.
"I didn't get to say goodbye."
Two days before the accident, the family had celebrated Syddyq's birthday early by cutting a small cake at their grandparents' home.
"No one thought that would be our last celebration with him," said Eyzra.
Sole breadwinner & dearly missed by 3 kids
Eyzra said her late husband worked during the day as a residential care unit executive at Pertapis Halfway House.
He also worked as a food delivery rider by night to supplement their family's income.
"He's someone who would do anything for his kids. He's soft-spoken, loving, and always puts us first," she told BH.
Eyzra added that the children miss him very much and will ask her every day, "Where is Daddy?"
She said those moments are the hardest, but expressed her gratitude for the support from family during this period.
Eyzra's sister also shared about Syddyq's passing in an Instagram post on Nov. 11.
The post mentioned that he was the sole breadwinner for their three young daughters.
Though the post was initially meant to inform family and close friends, it went more viral than expected.
"A lot of people offered their help — food, clothings, toys — some also gave anonymously. We are very grateful. May God repay their kindness," said Eyrza.
