Kim Kardashian won't be in court arguing any cases anytime soon.

The 45-year-old revealed on Nov. 8 that she failed the California Bar Exam on her first try, TMZ reported.

In an Instagram story on Nov. 8, Kardashian wrote:

"Well, I'm not a lawyer yet, I just play a very well-dressed one on TV. Six years into this law journey, and I'm still all in until I pass the bar. No shortcuts, no giving up-just more studying and even more determination,"

Kardashian, who successfully passed California’s “baby bar” exam in 2021, has been pursuing a career in law as a long-term goal.

Earlier this month, she expressed confidence in her journey during an appearance on "The Graham Norton Show" to promote her new series "All's Fair".

She told Norton that she views law as the next stage of her professional journey and believes she will ultimately become a trial attorney.

Legal practice also holds personal significance for Kardashian, whose late father, Robert Kardashian, was a highly regarded Los Angeles attorney and a member of O.J. Simpson’s defence team during the widely publicised 1995 murder trial.

Despite this setback, Kardashian emphasised her commitment to continuing her legal studies and retaking the exam in the future.
