Woman, 32, found dead at foot of Haig Road HDB block
Based on preliminary investigations, police do not suspect foul play.
A 32-year-old woman was found dead at the foot of a Housing and Development Board (HDB) block at Haig Road on Oct. 17.
Police told Mothership that on Oct. 17 at around 12:25pm, they received a call for assistance at Block 4 Haig Road.
A 32-year-old woman was found lying motionless at the foot of the block and was pronounced dead at the scene.
A picture shared on social media showed a woman lying in a pool of blood.
Two members of the public appeared to have witnessed the scene.
Another picture showed that a police tent was set up over the woman's body.
A passer-by said he heard the sound of something dropping before someone shouted, Stomp reported.
Police told Mothership that based on preliminary investigations, they do not suspect foul play.
Police investigations are ongoing.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership that on 17 October 2025 at about 12:25pm, SCDF received a call for assistance at 4 Haig Road.
A person was pronounced dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
