The highly anticipated Oct. 23, 2025 Toto draw, which had a Group 1 prize that snowballed to S$12.43 million, was eventually won by three winning tickets.

The winning tickets were all sold online via the Singapore Pools Account Betting Service, according to Singapore Pools.

They comprised 1 QuickPick System Roll Entry, 1 QuickPick System 7 Entry, and 1 System 7 Entry, which is a set of seven numbers chosen by the punter and not randomly generated.

The top prize amount for the cascade draw was S$12,427,689.

The winning numbers are 7, 14, 17, 18, 31, 38 with 46 as the additional number.

There were 10 winning shares for the Group 2 prize, with each winning share coming up to S$139,191.

Prizes not claimed by Apr. 21, 2026 will be channelled to donations and grants managed by the Tote Board.

Types of bets

A QuickPick System Roll Entry is a lottery ticket where five out of the six numbers are randomly selected.

The final number is a "rolling" number, which represents all remaining 44 numbers not included in the five fixed numbers already selected.

In other words, it provides 44 combinations in a single ticket and this bet type costs S$44.

A QuickPick System 7 Entry is where seven numbers are selected from 1 to 49.

It covers all possible combinations of six numbers that can be formed from the selection of seven numbers.

As a System 7 Entry bet is equivalent to placing seven separate ordinary entries, it costs S$7.
