DJ Glenn Ong, 55, confirms he's dating Filipino actress, 25, brushes off critics & marriage plans for now
Marriage makes things 'unsexy', Ong said.
On Oct. 1, veteran DJ Glenn Ong, 55, created a buzz when he posted a photo of himself alongside 25-year-old Filipino actress Jonica Lazo.
When asked whether the post was an announcement of their relationship, Ong gave no clear answer.
Now, the 55-year-old has confirmed that he and Lazo are indeed dating.

The Oct. 1 post featured the Kiss92 DJ and Lazo enjoying wine and the company of friends, with Ong welcoming Lazo to Singapore in the caption.
When asked by The Straits Times about whether he and Lazo were dating, Ong said he could "neither admit nor deny" it.
Four days later, the radio DJ has admitted to the fact, The New Paper (TNP) reported on Oct. 4.
However, this did not mean that the DJ was completely off the shelves as the two weren't dating exclusively.
Speaking to TNP, he explained that he had always been with someone, but now that he was single, he was relishing in the "freedom to really socialise and have as many friends as [he] like."
He added that he wasn't sure why he had made that post on Instagram, as he had gone on dates with others without sharing the news on social media.
"But I thought it was nice to welcome Jonica to Singapore as she is a well-known actress in the Philippines and would be accustomed to the spotlight," Ong said.
Lazo was in town for Formula One and has family here, ST wrote.
According to IMDb, Lazo has nine TV drama and film credits to her name, including recent works such as "Isolated" and "She Means Business".
She boasts 170,000 followers on Instagram.

Unfazed by critics
On potential criticisms about him dating a 25-year-old, Ong brushed them off.
"If you put any guy in my shoes, or if those who criticise me were in my situation, they'd love it, right?" Ong told TNP.
Interestingly enough, Jonica posted this on her IG story after the ST article came out.
Ong, however, put his foot down and said that 25 was the youngest he would go.
The DJ also made it clear that, for now, he wasn't dating to marry.
"As long as I'm not married, I can be in a relationship for maybe a decade or more or whatever. I still feel like it's a bit sexier than if I got married, and I'm calling the other half 'wife'", Ong told TNP.
With all that said, it doesn't mean Ong has dismissed marriage for good.
"If I meet, like, a woman whom I'm crazy, crazy in love with and her ultimatum is that, 'You will lose me if you don't get married to me,' then I might get married a fourth time," Ong shared with TNP.
