Prime Minister Lawrence Wong will be delivering his second National Day Rally speech on Sunday, Aug. 17, 2025.
Starting at 6:45pm, he will first speak in Malay, followed by Mandarin, and lastly in English at 8pm.
The speech will be broadcast live from the Institute of Technical Education (ITE) Headquarters at Ang Mo Kio, where it was also held in 2024.
You can catch it on local TV channels and radio stations, or online on the YouTube channels of PM Wong and the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).
If you miss it live, a recording of the rally will be available on the PMO YouTube channel and the PMO website from Aug. 18.
Background
The National Day Rally is an annual message from the prime minister after National Day.
Past rallies have served as a platform to announce potential new policies or policy changes.
In 2024, PM Wong's first-ever Rally focused on jobs, families, housing, and education.
