Mediacorp Chinese drama 'Emerald Hill' airing in Taiwan during 8pm primetime slot
The show premiered on Aug. 4 via Taiwan's free-to-air channel Chinese Television System (CTS).

It will air from 8pm to 9pm on weeknights.
This marks the Taiwanese public broadcaster's first-ever acquisition of a Singapore drama for a primetime slot.
The period drama was also recently acquired by Shanghai Media Group and is expected to air on China's Dragon TV later this year.
In a press statement, Virginia Lim, chief content officer at Mediacorp, said:

"Emerald Hill" is a standalone spin-off of the popular 2008 Chinese drama "The Little Nyonya".
The series premiered in Singapore in 2025, drawing over 1.67 million viewers on Channel 8 and mewatch, excluding global and regional platforms.
It also became the first Mediacorp Chinese drama to debut at #1 on Netflix Singapore.
