Muhammad Sabriee Bin Mohd Tahar, 22, was charged in court on Aug. 7, 2025, with possessing for sale three e-vaporiser pods containing etomidate, colloquially known as Kpods.
He was also charged with having two other Kpods in his possession.
Separately, Sabriee was earlier handed 12 other charges over unrelated offences.
Sabriee was accused of possessing 13 ATM cards on Oct. 5, 2024, at about 12:20am near Coleman Street as well.
These cards were said to be fraudulently obtained and unable to be accounted for.
Sabriee had allegedly accessed different ATMs from Sep. 28 to Oct. 4 using these cards.
His pre-trial conference will take place on Aug. 13.
