Robertson Walk site makes way for 999-year leasehold The Robertson Opus, 348 units for sale from S$1.37-S$5.09 million

The site of Robertson Walk and Fraser Place Robertson Walk will be redeveloped into The Robertson Opus, a 999-year leasehold mixed-use development.

The project is a joint venture between Frasers Property and Sekisui House.

Sales gallery

The preview for The Robertson Opus will occur on Jul. 5, with sales bookings scheduled to begin on Jul. 19.

The sales gallery is located opposite River Valley Primary School and near Great World City station.

It will be open from 10am to 6pm.

Prices

A total of 348 units across five mid-rise buildings will be on offer.

The riverside development comprises upscale dining and retail options on the first floor and basement.

The project is tentatively scheduled to achieve temporary occupation permit in the first half of 2029.

The indicative prices of the units ranging from 431 sq ft to 1,539 sq ft, are:

• S$1.37 million for a suite (431 sq ft)

• S$1.58 million for a one-bedroom (495 sq ft)

• S$2.17 million for a two-bedroom (689 to 721 sq ft)

• S$3.10 million for a three-bedroom (926 to 1,044 sq ft)

• S$3.68 million for a three-bedroom premium (1,152 sq ft)

• S$5.09 million for a four-bedroom premium (1,539 sq ft)

The news release by Sekisui House and Frasers Property said the property is "particularly appealing to those seeking to create generational wealth".

Close proximity to amenities

The development is close to Fort Canning, Clarke Quay and Great World MRT stations, and has convenient access to the Central Expressway (CTE).

It is also a short drive from Singapore’s Central Business District (CBD) and Orchard Road, as well as near reputable educational institutions, such as Anglo-Chinese School (Junior), River Valley Primary School, St. Margaret’s School, and Singapore Management University.

It is also in close proximity to the National Gallery Singapore and Esplanade.

Fort Canning Hill and Pearl’s Hill City Park, as well as the planned six-kilometre blue-green corridor, will be easily accessible.
