A total of 20,000 bright yellow DD.Ducks — a promotional character from Dian Xiao Er — will be released at the waterpark, all in support of a charitable cause.
How the race works
The rules are simple: Each DD.Duck will ride the 620m-long Adventure River, bobbing and weaving through currents and splashes.
The first duck to cross the finish line will earn its “owner” a grand prize of S$10,000.
Five other lucky winners will also walk away with cash prizes of S$3,000 and S$1,000.
Participants can also look forward to various photo spots scattered around the waterpark.
Highlights include giant DD. Duck inflatables and duck character displays.
How to participate
To participate, simply spend a minimum of S$60 (excluding GST and service charge) via Dian Xiao Er's app at any of its outlets.
Members of the public must join the contest from Jun. 17 to Jul. 21 to be eligible for the race.
According to its website, for every entry, S$1 will be donated to support ongoing community programmes and outreach efforts through a partnered charity.
Do note that the race is limited to 20,000 entries.
