British band Oasis — as well as Gallagher brothers, Liam and Noel — reunited and played their first show together in 16 years in Cardiff on Jul. 4.
They powered through a two-hour, 23-song setlist with original member Paul “Bonehead” Arthurs, as well as Gem Archer, Andy Bell and Joey Waronker on stage.

The group walked onto the stage in the 74,500-capacity Principality Stadium to mad cheers.
They kicked off proceedings with "Hello", their trusted show opener.
Interaction with the audience was minimal, and interaction between the brothers was nonexistent, it was reported.
Liam and Noel only shared a very brief hug at the end.
The crowd comprised largely middle-aged fans, who sang along and lapped up the moment to relive the glory days.
The Manchester band defined the “Britpop” revival of guitar music in the 1990s.
However, tensions between Noel, the band’s main songwriter, and his younger brother and lead singer, Liam, led to its split.
The on-off acrimony between the pair have been well-documented in the British press.
Highlights
At the end of "Live Forever", a picture of Liverpool and Portugal footballer Diogo Jota, who was killed in a car accident on Jul 3, was shown on the screens behind the band.
The tribute was poignant as Liam and Noel are known to be fierce Manchester City fans.
Oasis ended with "Don’t Look Back in Anger", "Wonderwall" and "Champagne Supernova".
The hits were from their second album, "(What’s the Story) Morning Glory?", the biggest-selling record in Britain in the 1990s.
“Thank you for putting up with us over the years,” Liam said.
The brash swagger and English humour was still there though as Liam asked the crowd at one point: “Are you having a good time?”
“Was it worth the £40,000 you paid for the ticket?”
Many fans had waited for hours in online queues to buy tickets last year.
But prices jumped when they got a chance to get them.
Britain’s competition watchdog launched an investigation into Ticketmaster over the sale.
The gripe was over the use of “dynamic pricing” to hike the cost to fans at the last minute.
Next shows
Oasis plays one more show in Cardiff on Jul. 5.
The tour then moves to the Gallaghers’ home city of Manchester.
It will continue in Britain and Ireland, North and South America, Asia and Australia.
