If you're a fan of matcha and love a hands-on food experience, there's a fun new activity for you at Frites & Co.
Nestled along Bali Lane, the Muslim-owned cafe is offering a DIY matcha latte experience as part of its opening launch.
For just S$15+, diners can get to whisk their own Uji matcha and turn it into a refreshing drink or float, right at their table.

About Frites & Co
Frites & Co first made waves in 2023 as a pasar malam stall, where it quickly gained attention for its loaded fries topped with shabu-shabu beef.
After gaining a loyal following, the brand opened a takeaway kiosk store at Arab Street in September 2023.
It has now expanded to Bali Lane, a dine-in cafe which officially opened in July 2025.
