Bukit Panjang LRT line down due to power fault, no train service at all stations
SMRT staff members are working on-site to resolve the issue, the train operator said.
The Bukit Panjang LRT line is down due to a power fault.
There are no train services available at all stations along the line, SMRT said.
In the interim, free regular bus services and bridging bus services are available for affected commuters.
"We apologise for the disruption to your journey and appreciate your patience," SMRT said in a Jul. 3 Facebook statement.
Power fault
The power fault occurred at around 8:50am on Jul. 3.
At 9:13am, SMRT announced that train services had ceased.

When Mothership went down to Bukit Panjang LRT station at around 11am, the fare gates remained inaccessible.

At the nearby Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange, crowd flow appeared to be smooth.
Train staff appeared to be assisting affected commuters.
