Man, 29, found dead at foot of HDB block at Telok Blangah Crescent
The police received a call for assistance at about 1.15pm.

A 29-year-old man was found dead at the foot of Block 17A Telok Blangah Crescent.
A resident, Siti Nusaybah, who spoke to Mothership said she saw a blue tent at about 2:30pm.

Responding to queries from Mothership, the police said they received a call for assistance at about 1.15pm. A 29-year-old man was found lying motionless and was pronounced dead at scene.
Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play. A 21-year-old woman was apprehended under Section 7 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) Act 2008.
Police investigations are ongoing.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told Mothership they received a call for assistance at about 1:20pm.
The person was pronounced dead at the scene by an SCDF paramedic.
