Iranian toddler, 2, in coma with skull & spinal fractures after Belarus man slams him on floor in Russian airport
Horrifying.
A toddler is currently in hospital after a shocking incident in the Moscow Airport where a Belarusian tourist, 31, picked him up and slammed him on the floor.
The incident reportedly took place on Jun. 23.
In the video, the man can be seen inching closer to the child while looking around.
He then grabs the child and slams him on the floor, before walking away, pacing about, laying on the floor for a short while, before rushing off screen.
According to a report cited by The Daily Mail, the toddler's family had fled Iran via Afghanistan, due to the fighting with Israel.
The man had reportedly also flown in from Kabul, and was waiting for his luggage.
He was swiftly taken into custody. His motives are currently unknown.
Local media reported that the man had been behaving "inappropriately" at the airport prior to the incident.
The man was suspected of being on drugs.
The child was reportedly taken to the Leonid Roshal Children’s Clinical Centre, where he is currently in a coma.
The boy suffered multiple fractures, including to his skull and spine.
