Boy, 13, arrested after he allegedly threw a plastic bottle at security guard in Marina Bay area
Police investigations are ongoing.
A 13-year-old boy was arrested for public nuisance after he allegedly threw a plastic bottle at a security guard in the Central Business District in Singapore.
The incident took place on Friday night, May 23, at the ground floor of IOI Central Boulevard Towers in the Marina Bay area, Shin Min Daily News reported.
According to a video provided by an eyewitness, a boy was seen seated against a wall surrounded by three men, one of whom was half-crouching in front of the boy.
The arrest was understood to have occurred after the boy allegedly threw a plastic bottle at the security guard while riding a personal mobility device.
The security guard then called the police.
In response to Mothership's queries, the police said they received a call for assistance that night at 2 Central
Boulevard.
The male teenager was arrested for public nuisance and police investigations are ongoing.
