Male Indian national, 20, allegedly molested female cabin staff on S'pore-bound flight
He was arrested upon arrival.

A 20-year-old Indian national will be charged for his suspected involvement in a case of outrage of modesty on board an aircraft en route to Singapore.
According to a press release by the police, he had allegedly molested a 28-year-old female cabin crew.
Supposedly pushed the cabin crew into the lavatory with him
Preliminary investigation revealed that during the flight, the female crew was escorting a female passenger to use the lavatory when she noticed a piece of tissue paper on the floor of the lavatory.
As she bent forward to pick it up, the man allegedly appeared behind her, grasped her, and pushed her into the lavatory with him.
The female passenger, who witnessed the incident, helped the female crew out of the lavatory immediately.
The incident was then reported to the cabin supervisor.
The man was arrested by officers from Airport Police Division once the aircraft arrived at Changi Airport.
To be charged on Apr. 22
The man will be charged on Apr. 22, 2025, for the offence of using criminal force on a person with intent to outrage modesty.
The offence carries an imprisonment term which may extend to three years, a fine, caning, or any combination of such punishments.
The police also said they take a firm stance against sexual offenders who commit indecent acts that cause alarm, distress and harassment to others, whether on the aircraft or in public.
The Commander of the Airport Police Division, AC M Malathi said:
"We take such incidents seriously as cabin crew are trained professionals dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of all passengers. The police remain committed to protecting airline staff and passengers on board from any form of sexual harassment or assault."
