Mediacorp Chinese drama 'Emerald Hill' gets over 1 million views

Mediacorp drama "Emerald Hill" garnered over 1.35 million viewers across its streaming platform mewatch and free-to-air channel Channel 8.
According to a press release, this number does not include viewership from other platforms like:
- Global streaming service Netflix
- Singapore Airlines' inflight entertainment system KrisWorld
- Malaysian media company Astro
- Taiwanese streaming platform friDAY
The series has also stayed on Netflix's "Top 10 TV Programmes" list in Singapore Malaysia for four consecutive weeks and counting.
This milestone comes after being the first Mediacorp Chinese drama to reach the number one position in Singapore upon debut.
Spin-off of "The Little Nyonya"
"Emerald Hill" is a standalone spin-off of the popular 2008 Chinese drama "The Little Nyonya".
The new show stars Tasha Low, Chantalle Ng and Ferlyn Wong.
