Japanese food corporation Ajinomoto is selling its Flowering Ice Cream at Bugis Junction till Apr. 16.
The ice cream is decorated with 3D cookies shaped like flowers and birds.
The sweet treats will be sold from Atlr.72's food truck.
Bugis Junction is the food truck's first stop before it begins driving around Singapore.
The ice cream
The ice cream is priced at S$7 for a single scoop and S$13 for a double scoop.
It is made with Solein, a natural and nutritious microbial protein made using carbon dioxide.

There are three different flavours:
- Vanilla with mochi
- Chocolate with lemon peel
- Salty caramel with nuts
