MBS to light up in colours from 'Wicked' musical on Mar. 20-22

A series of events around Marina Bay Sands (MBS) will be happening just as the Broadway musical "Wicked" is being shown at the Sands Theatre.

Themed-light displays

From Mar. 20 to 22, MBS will light up its buildings in the musical's signature colours: green and pink.

The light display will be happening from 7pm to 12am.

Limited-time milkshakes and cocktails

Additionally, from Mar. 19 to Apr. 27, Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer will serve two kinds of "Wicked" themed milkshakes.

The For Good CrazyShake (S$28++), inspired by Glinda, is a strawberry swirl milkshake with pink and white cotton candy, a chocolate-coated cake pop and a chocolate crown.

The Something Bad CrazyShake (S$28++), inspired by Elphaba, is a dark chocolate peppermint milkshake crowned with a slice of chocolate cake, a chocolate witch hat and a pretzel broomstick.

Lavo Singapore, on the other hand, will have two rum-based cocktails from Mar. 19 to Apr. 27.

The "Wicked" Rose Sour (S$27++) representing Glinda has hints of coconut, rose syrup and lemon.

Meanwhile, the "Wicked" Pandan Colada (S$27++) represents Elphaba and has banana liqueur, pandan syrup and coconut cream with a pineapple and lime juice base.

Costume display

Fans can admire and take pictures with the display of stage costumes such as Glinda's gown and Madame Morrible's outfit.

The display is located outside Black Tap Craft Burgers and Beer and will be there till Apr. 7.
