Those with green fingers, listen up.

The National Parks Board (NParks) will be opening up over 350 gardening plots in Singapore for application.

These gardening plots can be found in 15 existing allotment gardens here, in locations such as Jurong Lake Gardens and Punggol Park.

Here are the details:

Here's a nifty map you can use to find the allotment garden closest to you.

How to apply

Online applications for the plots will open for two weeks from Mar. 19, 2025, 10am, to Apr. 1, 2025, 11:59pm.

All applications and balloting for the plots can be done via AXS channels — e-Station (e-station2.axs.com.sg), m-Station (Mobile application) and AXS station (Kiosk).

Applicants will be able to select their preferred allotment garden, submit their applications, and make payment via AXS channels.

According to NParks' media release, all applications are subjected to computerised balloting to ensure fairness.

Unsuccessful applicants will also be notified via email at the end of the balloting process, which will be about three months from the closing date of the application.

If you happen to be unsuccessful this time, the next application and balloting exercise for gardening plots will be held in the fourth quarter of 2025.

More on allotment garden plots

There are currently over 2,400 allotment garden plots in 28 parks and gardens across Singapore.

With this, individuals can rent a space to grow their own edibles.

In order to meet the growing demand for allotment garden plots and provide more spaces for gardening in the community, NParks is working with agencies, Town Councils and Grassroots Organisations to implement allotment gardens in heartland areas as well.

There are currently nearly 900 allotment garden plots across 29 sites managed by Resident Committees and Resident Networks.
