American man, 25, falls from 7th floor of mall in Penang & crashes into CNY display
He is currently in stable condition.
A 25-year-old American tourist fell from the seventh floor of a shopping mall into a Chinese New Year display in Penang, Malaysia.
The man, who sustained a head injury, was sent to the hospital and is currently in stable condition, district police chief Abdul Rozak Muhammad stated.

The incident occurred at Gurney Plaza around 1:45pm on Feb. 5, according to a post on the PenangToday Community Facebook page.
Videos circulating online showed a partially destroyed prop house with its roof and walls collapsed.
A man in a t-shirt could be seen lying on the floor within the house.
One user speculated that the decoration may have saved the man's life.
On Feb. 5, police confirmed that no foul play was suspected and urged the public to refrain from speculation about the incident.
Then, on Feb. 6, police told Malaysian media that the man's family said he was going through relationship problems.
However, they have yet to record a statement from the man himself, according to New Straits Times.
The man arrived in Malaysia with his family on Feb. 1 and was set to leave on Feb. 12.
